Western Digital has launched a new storage organization aimed at professional photographers and videographers with demanding workflows. The SanDisk Professional PRO-Blade™ Modular SSD Ecosystem uses NVMe portable SSD 'mags' which can be continued to a camera or figurer via a portable enclosure, or a multi-drive desktop enclosure. The resulting set-up is designed to requite super-fast and ultra-reliable data transfer with the convenience of being able to easily bandy betwixt SSD mags.
